I've been practicing several branches of therapeutic massage in Seattle for nine years and have spent most of my professional massage career working with people to help relieve chronic pain, work and auto related injuries, minor aches and pains, migraines, carpel tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, arthritis, lymphedema and fibromyalgia.

I specialize in a variety of techniques including deep tissue, injury related treatment massage, neuromuscular therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage and hot stone massage. I have taken additional classes in clavicle related injuries, pregnancy massage, geriatric massage, sports massage, muscle energy technique and lymphedema treatment.
